Cherry Tree Dedication Ceremony: November 2, 2002

Attending the ceremonies were Mayor Bill Bogaard, City Manager Cynthia Kurtz, Congressman Adam Schiff, Assemblyperson Carol Liu and City Council Member Steve Haderlein as well as Bill Fickling III, Tomoko Kamiya and Hideki Yoshida all representing East West Federation of Japan. To see 74 of the cherry trees we donated planted in their new home was wonderful!! Thanks to Bob Estrin for supplying sound system and Bob Maruyama, Pasadena Coffee Company on Walnut for the coffee!
